Can we be involved in the specification process?
his4u will advise, recommend and provide options at each stage so that each decision is as easy as possible. Your participation in the decision process is vital so that you enjoy the benefit of these decisions long after completion.
Are you insured?
his4u has £2m public liability insurance cover.

How can we arrange for a quotation?
his4u will be happy to arrange an appointment at your home to fully understand your requirements.
Do you give free estimates?
Our preference is to give fixed price offers only. We all recognise that estimates have a habit of increasing and to protect you, we believe you are best equipped with a committed priced offer.
Does your price include materials?
We will work with whatever purchasing strategy you prefer. If you require a supply & install, fit only or anything in between then his4u will work with your choice.
Do you do emergency callouts?
If a problem occurs in a bathroom we have installed then every effort will be directed to assist. his4u does not offer a callout service.
What payment methods are available?
Bank draft, bank transfers, cheque and cash payments are all acceptable.
A full payment plan is made available with the offer so that payment dates are no surprise.
Do you have past work references?
We have a list of contactable previous customers who will be happy to recommend us.
How is the contract agreed?
The contract becomes active upon receipt of the deposit.
Will the work be guaranteed?
All our installation comes with a 12 month guarantee. Individual parts may have extended guarantees.
Will my house be kept tidy?
All rubbish will be kept in tubs and later during the installation phase, a skip will probably be used to remove all rubbish. It will only be kept on site for less than one day to minimise disruption. All floors and walkways will be covered by sheets at all times – and removed each night. Regular vacuuming is a norm too!
